TheVampire Diariesactress is dating screenwriter and directorGrant Mellon, but is keeping things low-key between her and the hunk. A source tells E! News, "Even though the relationship is still hush-hush, Nina refers to Grant as her boyfriend among her inner circle of friends."

The insider says that in the short time that Nina's friends and Grant have spent together, like at her 30th birthday party, they have started to "really like Grant."

And Grant has even gotten her bestie's seal of approval! "The two have spent time as a couple with Nina's best friend and her husband Brooks Laich," the insider shares.

While he is well-liked by all of Nina's friends, theFam star is keen on keeping things private. The source says, "Nina and Grant have been intentionally keeping their relationship as low-key as possible."

It's early days, but the source shares that Nina is "really happy" with her new beau.

Before dating Grant, Nina was linked toScream Queens starGlenn Powell for some time. Glenn was frequently to big events like her birthday party and best friend Julianne's wedding in Idaho.

However, after only months of dating, the pair due to their demanding schedules. "There hasn't been an official 'split' but Nina and Glen have been taking time apart," a source previously shared with us. "Nina just wrapped on a project and is about to start another and her schedule has been a huge part of it. They haven't been spending much time together since the end of the summer."

When asked if she thinks it’s “weird” that she grabs dinner with the couple from time to time, she responded, “I don’t think that’s weird at all. I think that’s great.”

The actress continued: “Why can’t everyone be friends? I think they have a beautiful baby, and they are happy and so am I. What’s bad about that? I don’t see any problem with that.”

“Peace and love, man,” Cohen, 50, quipped.

A few months before Bodhi was born, the trio had a fun reunion at dinner together. Dobrev posted about it on Instagram, sharing with a sweet selfie from the night out.

Reed also documented the night on social media — along with a lengthy message about how negative rumors can have a strong impact on those involved.

“For the last few years we thought addressing any baseless rumors with silence was the best way,” Reed wrote on Instagram. “Besides, who wants to respond to made up stories about ‘friends backstabbing friends’, ”cheating exes’, or ‘cast members exiting shows’ on low-brow websites like hollywoodlife that are just perpetuating trends that preceded us. Yuck. I now see that silence was taken as an opportunity to fill in the blanks with even more falsities, and juicer stories.”

She continued: “So here’s to putting an end to all those fake stories of on set jealousy, betrayal, made-up-friendships lost & women hating women … Let’s shift what we put into the universe starting now, & hopefully we will start to see a shift in the way we treat each other & view ourselves.”

On Wednesday’s What What Happens Live, Dobrev also discussed the March 2017 series finale of the Vampire Diaries, which saw her brief return after leaving the show’s regular cast two seasons before.

The look-alikes happened to cross paths at thesixth annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic on Saturday, giving us an opportunity to marvel over just how uncanny their resemblance truly is.

Justice, 22, shared a photo of herself with her self-professed “doppelgänger” Dobrev and actress Melanie Iglesias at the event.
